Camera Access:
The app requests access to your camera for real-time text scanning and live translation of printed text.
No photos or videos are stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save them.
Microphone Access:
The app requests access to your microphone only when you choose to use speech translation features.
Microphone access is used to convert spoken words into text for translation purposes.
Audio is processed only while you are actively speaking.
Audio is not recorded, stored, or transmitted in the background.
Raw audio is not saved on our servers.
Gallery Access:
The app may request access to your gallery if you choose to import images for translation.
(d) Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase Authentication – for secure login and account management.
- Cloud Firestore – for securely storing your account, scores, and preferences.
- Google ML Kit – for text recognition and language detection.
